Vehicle Description This '79 911 SC Coupe was purchased in 2001 as a stock 911.
Shortly thereafter this 911 was converted from a streetcar to a track car.
This 911 has a perfect body that has never been hit or crashed.
It's a very quick car.
The previous owner never placed off the podium at a E class PCA race.
All receipts with labor and parts have been meticulously kept.
The engine was rebuilt by Poudre Motorsports at 113,000 miles.
Some of the highlights of this track Porsche are Headers, Minimum Mufflers which sound great and are under sound restrictions.
Larger 15-quart oil tank with baffles which will never starve the pump in turns.
FIA Seats with 5 point belts (expired).
Full SCCA legal roll care, MOM steering wheel, Window net, Lap timer, Wevo Short shift kit, Fire Extinguisher, External kill switch, fiberglass front, and rear ends from GT racing, Rear Wing, Tow hooks front and rear, brake cooling ducts, Full suspension upgraded to race aspects.
The suspension was guided by Craig Watkins of Smart Racing, Re valved Bilstein shocks, 6 and 7 wheels, PCA and MRPA logbooks, New starter.
The next owner may want to continue with the upgrades by adding a fuel cell and a fires suppression system.
It would be advisable to go as large as possible on both as this car is underweight for PCA with a 195LBS driver.
The previous owner had to run with the fuel tank full and extra weight to make weight on race days.
This Porsche will be kept in our climate-controlled facility until the next owner comes forward.
